E/HEALTH Project: Emergency preparedness training seminar

The small-scale emergency preparedness training seminar organized by the General Hospital of Kavala on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, was successfully completed.

Specifically, the General Hospital of Kavala, in the framework of the project “E/HEALTH”, which is co-funded by the programme Greece – Bulgaria 2014-2020, organized the “Presentation of a small-scale emergency preparedness exercise scenario”. The seminar was conducted at 12:30 online through the Microsoft Teams platform.

Participants had the opportunity to learn and discuss issues related to emergency situations and their response.

Presenters: Vangelis Katsaros (Civil Protection Specialist – Institute of Civil Protection at the University of Western Macedonia).

Coordinator: Ioannis Tsoukalidis (IKE Development Structure) .

The action is expected to contribute to the further development and highlighting of the necessity of preparation in emergency situations.
